Aviation Events in accordance with NfL 1-1533-19
Security and Flight Operations

An aviation event requires intensive planning for the implementation
of its concept, due to the distinct requirements of the event and the
participating aircraft.

The concept takes into account security requirements, risk assessment, emergency procedures and the implementation of a security concept in accordance with aviation law and ICAO recommendations.

Also taken into consideration are the placement of flight operation areas/static display areas, public areas, crowd management, entrance-exit-waiting areas, designated assembly zones, security controls, traffic and parking areas.

This is in agreement with all relevant institutions, police/emergency services, ATC and aviation authorities.
