Safety and Security for Events Security Concepts

The safety at events is a result of a close working relationship between our office and the relevant authorities in the preparation stage and the event itself. Using risk assessment possible scenarios are evaluated to establish the capacity and readiness of crews in different situations, up to the worst case scenario. Since 9-11 in America, safety has intensified, and the collaboration between the relative institutions has strengthened.

In the preparation phase, IBF collaborates between the participating institutions, Police, Security Services, Local Authorities, Emergency Personal and Planning Offices. This cooperation and collaboration exists throughout the preparation phase, the setting up phase and during the event it’s self. All of this is documented in a safety concept that is agreed and authorised by all the relevant authorities.
